The cooker engineer arrived in the agreed appointment window. He got straight to work and diagnosed the problem, and replacing the faulty part with a suitable replacement in quick time. Cleared up after the work. We now have an operative oven and associated warranty.

After having an issue with our Neff Extractor fan we searched for weeks to find a local supplier. Having resorted to Google we came across NAC. The website was very comprehensive and Connor in the office was very helpful. He explained the process and he booked in an engineer. At this point we were still a little undecided as all of our tradesmen come recommended. However we had nothing to be concerned about. The engineers appointment was booked and Dillon turned up at the said time and diagnosed the problem. We required a replacement motor. Again Dillon returned and completed the job. No fuss, no hassle and no hidden charges. You may read this review and believe that it’s not genuine. However I can totally assure you that it is 110% accurate.
