The engineer was thorough and recommened l should

Simple process, straightforward and prompt reply.

I had asked for an engineers appointment, but no one was available until after the weekend, to late, a freezer problem! I tried ringing around, but received the same answer. Then Becky from NAC rang me, and advised me that they had an engineer available, and would I like to book. I have done so. And compliment them for doing their best to help in a very friendly and competent manner.

Easy to book, very quick appointment, good communication and the engineer was on time, polite and tidy. Will use again.

The operator was very helpful and solved any issues.

They were great, very good price, came on time, didn’t have to wait, even on second visit when I unexpectedly could be in they phoned and sorted. would definitely recommend.
