NAC engineer informed me when he would arrive and was on time. Fixed oven quickly on same day.
Taylor was incredibly conscientious with the repair of my Rangemaster. What looked like a simple job became a complicated one, but he didn’t give up. Incredibly polite, and very competent, he persevered until the fault was discovered and the work completed, even though it took three visits.
I was very impressed with his attitude and his expertise. I will definitely use NAC again and particularly commend Taylor.

Very happy with the service we got for our dishwasher repair. A price was quoted up front and the engineer arrived within two days. He spent over two hours diagnosing what the problem was then ordered the part. Via email the part was paid for and when it arrived the same engineer arrived to fix the machine. Again about two hours work. All we paid for was the initial call out and the part.
