Firstly this is a local company. Secondly, they charge a lot less that the Samsung appointed agent and thirdly, the engineer was all about saving me money and doing a good job. I don’t want anything else from a company.

From the moment I booked the callout, Polite, friendly and professional service. The engineer kept me posted on the day of the appointment to when he would be arriving. Promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue temporarily until the new part arrived and could be fitted. Most definitely use NAC again 😊
