Engineer very friendly and professional. Tidy when left. Knew problem quickly. Fixed problem. Will use again if any more problems in future. Would recommend.

Our microwave had a problem NAC came out. Our engineer striped down our microwave although it was in an housing unit. Took care and throughly checked our appliance. We were contacted by them regards parts, and explained everything.

NAC did exactly what they promised. They committed to the date, confirmed a time the evening before and the engineer arrived on time. He was polite and efficient and the washing machine was repaired within an hour. There were no hidden charges. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
From initial contact, I was kept updated with information regarding repairs to my oven.. Alex, the engineer, was very thorough and efficient. The repair was successfully completed, leaving everything clean and tidy.
