Repair man was very respectful, polite and went over and above to make things good. I made the call out for a broken washing machine door handle which he repaired within five minutes, and he also kindly did the same on my dryer which had also just suffered the same fate, so I didn’t need another call out. Can’t ge more pleased with the service given.

A person to answer the phone, that’s a novelty these days. Precise information and rapid response. Engineering called soon after to make an appointment, his appointment was confirmed with a text, including his phone no, very useful. He arrived as promised, was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He ordered the parts needed and came back quickly to complete the job. Unfortunately one of the parts needed was no longer available but that wasn’t the engineers fault. Very impressed and will recommend the service to my friends.
