Fixed my Brittania oven the week before Xmas. Very happy & relieved. Customer service are excellent with chat and callback function. They don’t give out engineers number which I thought a bit worrying at first but it was all streamline & worthwhile. Call out fee was much cheaper than brand company. Thank you

Arrived when they said they would as per the ETA they had given us. Engineer was polite and efficient. Well equipped and knowledgeable. Found the fault and completed the repair . Kept us informed and advised us of the total cost of the repair before going ahead. Would use this company again.
