Came on time as promised.told me exactly what was wrong with the washing machine and how much it would cost. Told me when he would come to repair it.job was done and it worked again

The engineer turned up on time and was very polite and friendly. It turned out that our oven wasn’t faulty but was an issue with our electrics. He explained everything so we understood. Will use again in the future if we need to.

I’ve been really impressed with the whole process, efficient and reasonably priced. Nathan the engineer was really professional and explained everything as he was going. I had a second appliance I had issues with and asked him the company fixed tumble dryers. He called the job through and sorted that too!!…I’ve always been a bit skeptical of repairing appliances and always thought best to buy new…will go through NAC first…cheers

Fantastic service, Engineer Rob identified the problem very quickly, went to his truck and ordered the part and promised to be back in four days to fit it.
As good as his word he was back with us two days before Christmas and fitted part and all was well.
