Really friendly and reassuring person on the phone who understood our problem and set up for Lee to visit the folloing morning. We were given Lee’s contact details and he was in touch very quickly to arrange a time. he came on time and sorted out our flooding washing machine very quickly. there was no other charge and he checked over our machine to be sure there was nothing further going wrong. Everyone was so pleasant and there was just one reasonable charge for labour that covered as much time and as many call outs as needed. I was really impressed as it really did seem like a company who wanted to do a good job rather than one that just wanted to grab as much money as possible from the situation. Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept fully informed throughout. Repairs were successfully carried out by Alex who left everything spotlessly clean. Parts were not cheap, but cheaper than a new oven of the same model. Would highly recommend this company
The communication about the appointment was excellent. The engineer arrived on time. He didn’t take long to identify the problem. Even though my appliance was beyond repair he took the time to explain to me what had caused the problem and how much it would potentially cost to repair it. Couldn’t fault the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My 18yr old cooker is misbehaving! The fan oven, not keeping temperature. Alex arrived exactly on time and detected the problem. MORE important, given we may revamp the kitchen next year, he pointed out the settings that do work, suggesting that while a new part can be ordered, (price stated) I might hold the spend on a new part until certain if I’m replacing the cooker or not.

We had an old range cooker that was in need of repair or replacement. Given the excruciating cost of replacement, we looked for a company that indicated they knew what they were doing. Contact was easy and their response was rapid – an engineer was with us the same day. The required parts were identified, regardless of the age of the range, and a convenient appointment to effect the repair came through within a week. The friendly and competent engineer duly sorted everything perfectly and our old but loved range cooker is now as good as new – perfect!
When looking for an oven repair, its hard to pick out local quality companies against national franchises, so my expectation was low. Paul however was great, as was the comms. A visit to diagnose the repair, part ordered and fixed within a few days. Arrived when asked, really efficient. Very pleased, and good value too.
We have a 12-year-old freezer and the handle broke off. NAC gave us a date for a call out. The engineer phoned when he said he would, arrived punctually, found the part and fixed the freezer. He was cheerful, efficient and I can certainly recommend NAC based on this experience.
