Washing Machine start switch broken. Quick service by NAC with txt and Engineer Ben arrived on time although part had to be ordered NAC kept in touch by email. Part arrived & all fixed in no time.

Maria was very quick in answering my phone call and very efficient in dealing with my problem, unlike AEG, that I’d tried earlier and waited for 20 mins on hold, only to find out it would be several days before they could look at my job. Maria’s guy is due during the next 10 mins, that’s only 45mins after my call! Excellent so far, I just hope the engineer is as good!
