The engineer arrived within the pre-notified time slot and phoned me a few minutes before he arrived to let me know when he would be with me.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clear about the problem, which he diagnosed and dealt with fully.
He cleared up and cleaned round and put the appliance on a short cycle to check it was running properly.
I was entirely satisfied with all aspects of his service.
Having a next day repair for our fridge freezer was excellent.The cost was as quoted and explained.We were given a time slot and the engineer got in touch when he was close .Both the original call and the engineer visit were handled friendly and professionally.
