Very quick solution to the problem . New part fitted . Back up and running,all in less than 60 mins

Great service from the engineer, he phoned before my allocated time to see if he could come earlier.
Told us what the problem was and he had the parts in his van so problem was fixed quickly and efficiently.
Payment was very easy by card at my home.
This was so much easier than having to replace the appliance.

Andrew, who came to our home was polite, friendly and very knowledgable. Fixed our dishwasher quickly and had fixed our oven in 2023. Would absolutely used NAC and Andrew again if another appliance broke!

Excellent experience from booking a slot online through to the engineer texting ETA and communicating throughout. Engineer (AJ) came on Friday and identified the drum part was the problem. Part was £45; he ordered the part and came back the next working day after the weekend and the repair job was complete. Invoicing was sent on email and payment was easy to transfer.

So far the service has been great from the team, although the repair has not yet been concluded due to additional parts being required.

Managed to get an appointment with NAC from one day to the next for my fridge freezer repair. Communication both online and on the phone was excellent and the engineer arrived when expected and carried out the necessary work successfully. He was a very courteous and friendly man and explained fully how the problem occurred and how he would fix it. Altogether I was totally satisfied with the repair and the whole experience. I have used NAC before and will do so again if needed.
