NAC Appliance Repairs, were possibly the best decision made for my Induction repair.
From the moment of making enquiry about a callout to repair my faulty induction cooker top, speaking with the lovely lady in the office over the phone, who was very helpful and informative. With detailing the callout cost, no hidden costs, and importantly a guarantee of work that give you a peace of mind.
The initial Callout was extremely reasonable compared to Appliance’s Dealership who quoted £289 just for the callout. I received confirmation of Booking date and a time slot given before inspection began. The Engineer Allan was extremely good and quick in identifying the cause of Induction Error, and was able to correct error for me. Allan was very respectful to us and our home during his visit with us.
I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NAC. Lovely people to deal with, and are NOT rip off merchants!
