The oven element was no longer used so the engineer had to return a few days later after obtaining one that had replaced it, fitted it and it was ok. Lovely chap and very proficient

We were put in touch with a man who could repair our gas cooker very promptly. He took the information he needed to order the parts before coming out to see us, so only needed to visit once to complete the repair. He came exactly when he said he would and sorted the problem out. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The repair was not expensive.

Spoke to Becky to book the appointment she was helpful and informative. Spoke to Leton the day before to arrange a time. He turned up on time was really polite kept me updated on what he was doing, showed me the problem fixed it and gave advice so it wouldn’t happen again. Overall really happy and would deffo recommend and use again if need be. Ours was a fridge freezer repair
