NAC and the engineer Nathan communications were excellent re the time of arrival…vital to us as residents are disabled and I needed to be present.
Nathan was prompt, polite, respectful to my Dad (who may just have been tootling around slightly in the way!)

Turned out within 24 hrs of the incident after we were given the run around by Beko. With no fuss, engineer was lovely, assessed the issue and communicated fully and clearly. Process was clearly explained and invoice for part was with me within an hour of the engineer leaving and he was back to fit with minimal fuss as soon as he could, whole process took 5 days.
