Your engineer was prompt, very efficient and most helpful. He made a temporary repair to the oven controls and promised to order a replacement part and return to fit it in due course. I am expecting his return before long.

I phoned the firm after seeing an online advertisement for appliance repairs. I got an immediate response and I gave the information regarding the kitchen extractor hood in that needed repair. I rang back if few minutes later, again an immediate response. Took only 4 minutes to pay for an engineer call out which was arranged for the next day.
