Spoke to a lovely lady to book the appt , was given a slot the night before, and a message when the engineer was gonna be about 30 mins , was really friendly, no messing about, ordered the part there and then, and came back a few days later to fit it, amazing service

From start to finish, the company was faultless. Great to arrange matters by phone, alerts by text, Ben the engineer turned up on time on Wednesday 30th April, dismantled my oven, and identified the problem quickly. He also identified another small issue I hadn’t noticed. He helped me clean the housing cavity before repositioning the oven as he saw I was struggling with a bad back. Parts needed ordering so we agreed a return date and Ben visited again yesterday. It took less than 30 minutes to mend, same polite, courteous and professional manner from Ben as before. No labour fee this time round and before he left reminded me that all work was under guarantee. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and am happy to recommend. Congratulations to Ben and the company on running such an excellent service business.

What a professional service from start to end. Booked repair late evening for the following day which was a surprise as normally have to wait a week.received an email and call from both the office and engineer to confirm booking and eta. Dishwasher fixed engineer explained what was wrong and how to avoid in the future (as we had caused it )and advised of warranty which I wasn’t aware of. Super happy no more pot washing for me !!! Definitely recommend
