My initial telephone call was answered quickly and the process of how my repair would be dealt with. Sure enough, it all happened as described. Ken, our repair man was bang on time, quickly diagnosed a fixed the fault. Will defo use them again if I’m unfortunate enough to need their services.

Following our first phone call late afternoon on a Wednesday. We received a text message and then a phone call from AJ who arrived within the time agreed, identified the issue and ordered the part saying it maybe Saturday before he received the part. However AJ contacted us late Friday afternoon as he had the part and could do the job Friday afternoon. Great guy and great worker, would definitely recommend
