I Googled this company rather than a personal recommendation but I was very happy with their service. Good communication straight away. Gave me a 3 hour slot to wait for the engineer rather than waiting all day. When he arrived he was respectful of me and our property. Found the problem with the oven, gave me a price which I was happy with and ordered the parts there and then. Made an appointment for the following week. Again good communication and a 3 hour arrrival slot. I was able to pay by card and it automatically sent an email receipt.

Booking was easy and I got an engineer just two working days after the request. Advance notice messages came as promised and the Engineer arrived in the promised window (with further message on the approach).
Thorough and quick diagnosis of the problem and our rather old dishwasher is working again. Good value and much better than buying new (as advised elsewhere).
