Engineer was good – seemed to know what he was talking about and managed to get the dishwasher going again without needing any new parts. It was easy and convenient booking online, but the pricing was unclear (the quote said £80 but I was billed for £96) and when I looked again the quote said £75. The information said a three hour window for the visit but we were given a five hour window.

The engineer kept me informed of arrival time. Arrived on time. Did not mess about, just got on with the job in hand. Gave my machine the once over before putting machine back in place and checking working properly.
