When I phoned about a fridge problem, Yvonne was extremely helpful, informative and personable. She arranged a same day appointment (now postponed through my fault not hers) and gave me confidence that I would receive a good service. This is the kind of response we all want to get!

Washing machine fixed a few dats later. Only one call out charge covers the two visits needed. Highly recommend.
