Had to have a new element in our top oven, the engineer was extremely professional and friendly. Getting the old one out and replacing it with the new one on his own was amazing as it was a very tight fit near the units. I would definitely recommend the company to others.
Prompt service as the technician was with us within 24 hours of the initial call. Was able to resolve the issue with our washing machine in the same visit using a spare that he carried on the van.

Our Hotpoint washing machine door seal broke. Called NAC and spoke to Maria who was friendly and helpful – she explained fees and process. I received confirmation within 2hrs that an engineer would be with me the next day. The Engineer was friendly and knowledgable. Luckily he had the right part in his van and it didn’t need to be ordered. And our washing machine was working that day. First Class Service – I will be using this company again!
