I rang this company on Tuesday and the initial lady I spoke to, Yvonne, was extremely engaging and helpful. She fully explained the charge and what it pays for. She said by 6pm, the engineer assigned to me would text me with an appointment time. This duly happened and I was informed that the engineer, Cody, would be with me between 8am and 1pm on Wednesday. I got a text about 9am saying Cody was on his way. Cody was delightful and thoroughly examined my dishwasher, found the fault, and got my dishwasher going again. He also gave me advice about loading the dishwasher so that the anti-flooding mechanism would not be activated in future. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company as the service was efficient and seamless from start to finish.
