Great company. Very easy to book on line with speedy automatic text responses and they were able to offer availability the next day. V impressed would def use again and recommend. Machines fixed in two sittings as parts needed to be ordered but was kept up to date

The named local engineer phoned me early in the day to confirm ETA suitable for me. Engineer methodically & thoroughly tested appliance performance, explaining how it worked, what the problems were and how they could be mitigated.
