Clear communication and efficient.

I was very happy with the repair service I received. The engineer arrived within the allotted time frame. He checked what the problem was with my oven, fan not working, and was able to identify the problem. He was able to fix it with no parts needed and also showed me how to fix it if it happened again. He also replaced the oven light as we had not been able to get the cover off, even though it was not on the original job list. Although not big issues we were very happy with our repair.
