I experienced an issue with my washing machine whereby the machine leaked due to a fault with the retaining ring of the door seal.
Pete attended today, he figured out the issue within a couple of minutes and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes with no need for a replacement part.
Very happy with the service received and if I needed this kind of repair again, I would not hesitate to use the company.

Unfortunately, we developed over-heating and other problems with our “trusty” 7 year old tumble dryer and rather than replace with a similar machine, for a minimum of £300, we decided to try and have it repaired.
We contacted NAC and the service was extremely fast and helpful and the Engineer, John, who called was very friendly, courteous and extremely experienced.
Our tumble dryer was very quickly repaired and is now, I’m very pleased to say, as good as new, for a fraction of the price, of purchasing a new machine.
I will definitely be using NAC again and can also, very highly recommend the Company to others.
