Microwave switching itself off after 15s. NAC team where easy to deal with and very helpful on the phone. Engineer obviously very knowledgeable. Issue diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and fixed a few days later. Highly recommend and will use again.

Our Samsung f/s fridge/freezer had broken down.We
could not contact our usual company for this type of
work.My wife found a t/p number for NACrepairs who
we then called.Their engineer came the same day Sta and
quickly identified the problem. The replacement part
was sourced fairly quickly and all is now well.The

from NAC was brilliant as was their staff.

I was extremely unhappy with the non- service I got by going direct to Hotpoint to try and book a repair. So I contacted NAC and they came out on the same day and within 2 hours of my phone call and did a professional repair on my free standing Fridge Freezer.
I have noted their contact details and would certainly use them again. Excellent service from engineer GB !.
