Trainee also in attendance and both very smartly dressed in company clothing. Fault found and rectified within 20 minutes.

The engineers who came to fix my washing machine were on time, polite and efficient. They identified the fault ordered the part and returned 48 hours later and fitted the part. I would highly recommend this company
The engineer arrived on time but unfortunately was unable to fix the appliance . The problem was attributed to cracks in the fridge lining which was explained to us fully and so a new replacement was the only option.

We contacted NAC because we had a problem with our fridge, the lady we spoke to had a lovely phone manner & we recieved an appointment for the following morning which was brilliant as we did not ring till late.
We sorted the problem ourselves & cancelled the appointment, our call out fee was refunded as we chose to pay for the call out before hand. NAC were very professional and offered assistance for any reoccurance in the future. Thankyou everyone..😁
