Arranging the repair was straight forward with process and costs explained. The engineer arrived well within time frame given. He was polite, extremely efficient and carried out the repair quickly. The cost of the visit and repair was very reasonable.

By Sat we had a msg from them confirming a date, initial cost of the callout
Engineer came out Monday, already with the part and within 10 mins the issue was fixed and we had a working oven.
Also gave some info on replacement parts it needed and where to get them
