First of all the phone was answered very quickly which rarely happens anywhere nowadays. The lady who I spoke to was friendly and helpful with the appointment being arranged for a few days later. The fitter phoned me to rearrange the date as the part hadn’t arrived in time. When he arrived he did the repair very quickly and efficiently. Overall I was very impressed from beginning to end.
It was very easy to get an appointment for an engineer to repair our gas cooker. The engineer Mustafa was very efficient and friendly. I would call NAC again if I have another job.n
