NAC were very quick to respond to our plea for help regarding our fridge door, which no longer closed properly. The gentleman (Nick) who was assigned to assess the situation and subsequently repair the fridge, was extremely personable and efficient! He gave 100% to the job in hand and we now have a fully functioning fridge. Thank you NAC and Nick!

The service from NAC was excellent. From the moment we phoned to book an Engineer to replace our broken grill element to the time when it was fixed was to say the least all highly professional. Their communication network kept us updated at every point in the process and the Engineer called when the system conveyed the appropriate messages to say he would. All told very happy with the service and 5 stars wholly merited!
