I cannot fault the service I received from NAC. Communication was excellent. I knew exactly when my local engineer would turn up which they did within the time frame. Repair to Hotpoint washing machine carried out quickly by very nice man called Paul. No mess after draining machine halfway through cycle. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

I booked an NAC engineer to come and look at my elderly mother’s gas hob – the ignition for one of the rings wasn’t working and I’d discovered that she was using an adjacent ring to light the faulty one! (Yikes.) The engineer, Nick, identified the problem straightaway and fixed it on the spot. As well as being efficient, he was also very friendly and kind, which makes a big difference to an elderly customer. I would certainly use this company again.
