I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, a dishwasher engineer, and I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism and dedication. From the moment he arrived, Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a clear, honest way. What really stood out, though, was how Nick handled things even after I requested a recall for a related issue. Rather than treating it as a hassle, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted properly. He took the time to double-check the entire system, made sure I was happy with the outcome, and genuinely cared about getting things right. All working now. Highly recommended.

Efficient friendly

Rebecca had a pleasant friendly helpful manner. Listened to me and made me feel I was being listened to. Organised my appointment with the engineer very easily.

Feel a bit silly for paying for this call out. There was nothing wrong with the washing machine – turned out to be a rattling pot above the washing machine that we had forgotten we had put up above the machine.
The engineer listened to the machine and said that the sound wasn’t coming from the machine and after a hunt around – discovered the rattling pot.

He was polite and quick – took all of 10mins to resolve the problem – Happy it’s resolved if still feeling a bit silly. But at least we didn’t have to pay hundreds more.

Yvonne, who answers the phone, was warm and cheerful, making contact with the company easy and Nick the engineer was proficient and prompt !

Great service. The process of booking an engineer is really easy, and the communication is also excellent. Also very straight forward process for making payment, and engineer came out same day. Very profesional service all round. Clear about payment and parts costs, no hidden costs, so that works very well for me

Easy to book online. Kept up to date with timings via text. Engineer arrived in the allocated time slot with a trainee (great to see on the job training in action). Issue with oven identified, resolved and part replaced within 90 mins. Whole experience was professional and efficient.
