Engineer text in the morning to check a good time then let us know when he was close. Got it fixed quickly and was helpful in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in future, nice, polite and efficient! The engineer kept updating time he would be arriving,he knew exactly what the problem was which took him about 30 minutes after doing all his checks.i was impressed by the price quoted which the price I paid. If I required any their services I would have no hesitation calling them.
