NAC provided an Excellent customer service, they answered the phone promptly, they book you in and explain what will happen and the costs clearly. They turned up on time and kept us up to date on repair progress as they worked. In the end we bought a new fridge given the likelihood of further failure in an old fridge. Would absolutely recommend using these guys if you need help with a faulty appliance
