AJ the engineer telephoned within an hour of the appointment being booked to see if it was possible to come earlier Which was great news. He arrived on time with the new part for the oven (thermocouple) and had it fitted and working within the hour. We were all well pleased. Thanks again for a very professional service.

Well, if you’ve got to have bad news, at least have it delivered by personable, good humoured and experienced engineer. At first it seemed as though our dishwasher had choked on a wooden toothpick (which we never use) and then a simple matter of convincing the pump that it was happy. Sadly however the prognosis was not that simple. A second very surgical inspection highlighted serious organ failure: the dreaded PCB board (unconvincingly described as the heart of a system) was way beyond a quick stent or a cleaning of its arteries.

The subsequent estimates pointed to us saying goodbye to our Bosch, 13-year-old machine, and a quick Which? Best Buy two days later. Still learning how to stack it properly.

It is not a system that I have used before, however made simple by Maria talking me through the procedure.

Always nervous using these type of companies – these guys were excellent. Outline from the start the costs, nothing hidden. Responsive technician, who helped us order parts and then fitted them – who process saved us good money

I rang for a repair to my washing machine and spoke to Becky. She was articulate and professional booking me in for an engineer visit the next day.
My appointment was confirmed by Andrew, the engineer, late that evening.
Andrew came promptly the next morning, diagnosed the fault and ordered the new part. I was told it would be the following Tuesday (6 days) for the next available appointment, however, Andrew rang on the Friday to offer a cancellation….yippee!
In all my machine was repaired within three days at a greatly cheaper price than a new appliance.
I’d definitely recommend NAC for kitchen appliance repairs.

The engineer arrived on time and was helpful and friendly. He returned with the part as promised and fitted it quickly and efficiently
