Online query, same day appointment available, Daniel rang to say he would be with us in 20 minutes and he was. Checked our 6 year old IKEA oven as we thought there was a problem with the temperature. He found it was actually fine, but we had been leaving the solid grill pan/shelf in the oven, and he thought it’s likely this was affecting the fan moving the hot air around the oven 😞 Sounded reasonable. Pleasant, polite, he explained everything he was doing.

They dealt with diagnosing the problem with my fridge freezer efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. The initial contact and enquiry was polite and helpful. The repair was effective and the engineer was professional and polite. I thought it was good value for money to get a repair rather than a replacement and better for the environment.
