I called this company on Tuesday.
Great service fixing our NEFF American style fridge freezer the following day (Wednesday). A very competent engineer arrived and knew what the fault was after my quick explanation of the problem. He fixed it, gave me a tip on how to prevent it happening again and left leaving no mess.

We realised our American fridge/freezer ceased working in the evening 2 days ago. The following day we contacted NAC and others to see their availability to attend and resolve the problem. Sharon took the call and could promise an engineer to attend that day. Daniel arrived at 11.30 and proceeded to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a shortage of refridgerant. He had the equipment on board to regas and test the system and it is now working well. The process was efficient, Daniel was knowledgeable and explained all the steps he was taking. The whole experience gave us comfort that we were in the hands of customer focused experts.
