The engineer was very good at explaining everything that had broken and order new part right away.
I was very happy with the service from NAC. Charlie was really helpful and explained what the issue was with the oven. It is now repaired and I shall contact NAC again if I have any problems with my oven in the future.
13/06-The engineer text before arriving to give eta. Arrived on time looked at the Candy Fridge Freezer, did some test. Asked me what was wrong with the fridge, l informed him that all my vegetables were iced up and l had to throw it away. Only buying small amounts of vegetables and using them straight away. He informed it was non repairable and explained why.
I asked what make he could recommend. He was friendly and helpful.
