My fridge/freezer broke down on the week before Christmas and as you can imagine the timing was not great. The online booking process was quick and easy to use. Once you clicked on the button to start booking for the engineer appointment it told you the cost of the call out. Once booked I got a confirmation telling me that I would get a further communication about the appointment timings. This came through promptly and told me I was number 6 on the list with a four hour timeslot, so that told me it would be later in the day. This was very helpful as it allowed me to arrange my working day around it. The engineer arrived within the timeslot given. Was polite, professional and respectful of my home. We were kept updated every step of the way and any additional costs were discussed clearly. Unfortunately my appliance could not be repaired in the end, but the engineer went above and beyond helping my partner move it on to my driveway.
So there was one small IT issue and my payment for the additional cost for small consumables as part of trying to fix it was taken multiple times. Now we have all experienced IT issues and sometimes the tech is beyond our control. (I saw the error messages myself on the screen when payment was attempted) The engineer visited on a Friday afternoon/early evening and by 7:40am on the Saturday morning the refunds had been arranged. I could not be more thankful for the way this was dealt with.
So overall, I can not recommend NAC highly enough and will most definitely be using them for any future domestic appliance needs.
