Costs and payment transparent. Engineer professional and efficient and they do not try to sell you new appliances. No delay in parts and all completed within a week. I felt very comfortable and confident with this company and I would highly recommend them.

I made a stupid error on an appliance and had to call an engineer out,I am very wary as a recently widowed woman i was scared of being taken for granted,however from the moment i called they put me at ease and everyone including the engineer could’nt have been nicer.The engineer informed me when he was coming and came on the time he said.I would definately use again.
