On arrival the engineer named the part that was usually at fault with that particular appliance. Inspection proved him correct.He affected a temporary adjustment in order that it could be used while the new part was ordered and returned promptly when it arrived.

Had to have a new element in our top oven, the engineer was extremely professional and friendly. Getting the old one out and replacing it with the new one on his own was amazing as it was a very tight fit near the units. I would definitely recommend the company to others.
