Great communication about the engineer’s visits and excellent professional work in completing the job effectively.
Engineer arrived on time, was friendly. Quickly established what the issue was and whilst it didn’t need a repair he advised us what we needed to do. Just needed defrosting, which was an expensive call out charge, but at leastcwe know what to do in the future if it happens again. Would definitely recommend.

Within the machine that’s was an easy repair. Didn’t need any new parts so only charged the call out rate. Engineer was professional and explained everything.
