The repair was easy to book online. The booking was confirmed by email and text. I was given a half day window for the visit and the technician confirmed on the day. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the problem to me. The repair was done efficiently and effectively. I would use this company again.

NAC proved to be efficient, reliable and cost effective. They were quick to respond, diagnosed the issue with the oven, obtained the spare part and fitted it all with the minimum of fuss. The team were friendly and the system for keeping us informed and for payments is excellent. They exceeded my expectations.
The repair to our old Miele dishwasher was dealt with promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Although Daniel had to come out twice, (the first time to find the problem and a temporary fix and the second time to fit the new parts) I only had one fixed price for call-out and labour and then a charge for the parts.
I would certainly use this company again and recommend to anyone.
Professional & polite service: visited first before ordering the parts, called ahead with ETA both times, ensured they protected the surrounding area whilst they worked on the cooker hood, cleared up after themselves, and attended when they said they would. Fixed the cooker hood too! Would definitely use them again.
