Got an appointment within two days of initial call. Engineer professional and carried out an effective procedure to remedy our integrated tall fridge’s lack of cooling. Cost was good value certainly much cheaper than buying new fridge.

He identified the problem in 5 minutes….it was bad news but at least it allowed me to make the correct decision to replace the fridge
What a fab service. Booked an engineer to come and look at out cooker as half of it suddenly stopped working. Chose a day and a very thorough, polite and workmanlike chap called Petko turned up, having called earlier with an eta, and got straight to work.
Within an hour, the cooker was fixed and he was on his way. I thought the cost was very reasonable, Petko was super tidy and thorough and the system/website easy to use. Highly recommended.
Booked online on Sunday for an appointment on Tuesday (as Monday wasn’t available). John the engineer arrived within the specified time slot and was very pleasant and professional. However he told us our fridge freezer had an insulation problem which couldn’t be repaired. He recommended ordering a new one from AO.com for speed of delivery, which we did, and our new appliance arrived the following day

The administration process was excellent and kept us informed right through to the actual repair visit. The attending engineer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient, giving an explanation of what he was doing and why. First class service all round!
