Very reasonable prices, a responsive service and a thorough job. We were given clear pricing information, parts were ordered swiftly and the repair was completed very quickly. Good level of communication regarding visit bookings, invoices and confirmation of visit times. We particularly liked that there were no additional charges for a return visit. Really happy with the service provided, booked in quickly & I knew what I was paying upfront which helped. The guy managed to fix the ice maker in my Samsung fridge/freezer & gave me some pointers on what to look out for if I had issues in the future. Really polite & friendly guy.
Excellent service. Got offered next day appointment and offered 3 hr window that morning. Engineer quickly worked outvthe issue and our fridge freezer ice maker was back making ice again. So pleased.
The fixing for the grill on my Neff cooker had corroded and the grill had dropped down. The engineer Chris said he would have to make a bracket to refix it but didn’t have anything suitable on the van. So I said I may have something, So with his intuition he managed to make a suitable part and fixed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending NAC excellent service.
