Past experience had made me slightly dubious about choosing appliance repairs online but the lady I spoke to at NAC ,when I called, immediately put me at ease. She was friendly knowledgeable and sympathetic. It took only a few minutes and I had an engineer booked to come to my house within a few days. I received a confirmation message from the engineer with a time slot. He arrived promptly . He also was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As it turned out, my dishwasher was beyond repair . The young man explained the reasons and gave advise as to replacing it. Although I didn’t get my dishwasher repaired I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The efficiency and courtesy of the two people I dealt with was first class and an unexpected pleasure. Five star service.

Awesome service from start to finish, polite helpful initial enquiry, explained the costings, prompt attention, competent efficient engineer advised what parts were needed and advised the office would send through the cost, no pressure. Returned a couple of days later to fix everything, overall excellent service with affordable repairs.
The engineer sorted the problem quickly and the machine is now working perfectly again.
