Tried to get a repair by the company I bought the oven off.evan after producing the owners manual and being told that the manufacturer s number was not enough and being sent back to find a non-existent second number which I was told they would not send out a service engineer until they had it I have up and called you guy’s and received a first date service

We had a problem with our fridge freezer that was leaking. I booked online on Monday morning about 8am for a visit the same day. We had confirmation of appointment but waited for time slot. Engineer called on phone before he arrived and this was about 1pm. He was here 30 mins or so and the appliance is working wonderfully now. He was very careful to not make a mess and very professional throughout his time working to fix our problem. Will for sure use this service again anytime I have a problem with an appliance.

Very prompt service, had an engineer out to look at my fridge/freezer on the same day I contacted them. Confirmed everything by txt or email . Polite engineer (Casey) Explained what he was doing, although unfortunately I needed a new fridge as the fault could not be fixed. Would definitely use them again!
We’ve had a Bosch freezer for 24 years with no problems, and then suddenly the temperature started to fluctuate. We suspected that, because of its age, parts would not be available, but thought we’d better check before purchasing a new one.
Sayed, who visited us, could easily have suggested repairing the compressor, but he was honest about the reality of the success of a repair. He suggested using the freezer as it is until it finally gives up, suggested what to look for/ be warned against, when purchasing a replacement, and most importantly warned us that it’s highly unlikely that any freezer we purchase now, is going to last as long as any previous one.
A very good reason to hold on to your name and number!

I completed an online request for a dishwasher repair on Sunday and within a few minutes I had received a reply. I was told someone would contact me regarding the repair.
The engineer Andy was in touch to arrange time and date that was convenient to me within two hours.
I was kept informed at all times regarding the visit. He contacted me on the day to say he could be here earlier if that was okay with me. He arrived on time and completed the repair within 45 minutes (30 mins waiting for the cycle to finish )
I would definitely recommend this service and the engineer, Andy.
