Rang back straight away and really helpful and clear

Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication and Ken the engineer sorted my dishwasher in no time at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The service was easy to use. I was kept informed of times he was coming. The issue was resolved on that day.

Our fridge was playing up and we needed it sorted ASAP. NAC provided an Excellent customer service, they answered the phone promptly, they book you in and explain what will happen and the costs clearly. They turned up on time and kept us up to date on repair progress as they worked. In the end we bought a new fridge given the likelihood of further failure in an old fridge. Would absolutely recommend using these guys if you need help with a faulty appliance

Martin fixed the problem on our 50 year old hob hood without any fuss and is sending details of replacement models.

Repair of NEFF oven. Easy to get an appointment with an engineer. Engineer arrived on time. Efficient and quick. I would use this company again.

From initial call to finalisation of the job everything ran to plan. A very efficient service.

‘Gas Oven not working properly. I didn’t know who to contact and took a chance on NAC and I am glad I did. Within a few days of the initial call, a very polite workman came out, diagnosed the fault and fixed it. He was quick, efficient and tidy and now I can use my oven again.
