The engineer was very knowledgeable about the washing machine faults and very thorough in checking any possible cause. He gave me advice on how to report future incidents to enable diagnosis and I would absolutely recommend this service.

Our engineer, James Houston, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in fixing our washing machine. A great service to sort a problem we had caused ourselves (colour catchers getting stuck where the water drains out, never using those again!). An engineer like James is precisely why I would not go anywhere else for any appliance repair I needed besides NAC.
So professional, great communication, quick attendance and solved my blocked freezer drip tray issue quickly and professionally. Pleasant customer service and engineer too. Perhaps the £98 call out fee is more expensive than a local self-employed engineer might be but I felt completely confident in the service and would definitely use again without a doubt. I just wouldn’t even try anyone else. A service you can trust is worth the money.

This is my second time using NAC and have found them to be efficient and reliable. Easy to book and then updates once they have allocated an engineer.
First time was a washing machine fault, second time an induction hob problem. Both dealt with quickly and with a satisfactory outcome.
I think the call out fee is a fair price and in both cases it didn’t cost me any extra in parts or labour. Given really good, practical advice regarding the appliances as well.
All in all a very good service which I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

My integrated fridge freezer bulb and switch had been staying on, getting hot and melting the plastic inside my fridge. The fridge was still working so James looked, diagnosed, sent me the cost of unit parts straight away (rather than giving up and just saying to buy a new fridge/freezer which one company had done over the phone without even coming to see it!) and came back this week to fit them. He demonstrated it working, told me how to check it, said the fridge/freezer is still in good condition so it would be a waste of money to just buy a whole new one for the sake of it and then left after checking I was happy. He worked quickly, arrived early (in the time window given) and I’ve now got a working fridge so am very happy.
Really great customer service. Sharon was very professional, polite and gave me all the information I needed. After being messed around by other company’s for the last week, NAC have got me all booked in and will message the night before with a timeslot. Perfect!
