I spoke to NAC on Friday and they quickly sorted out a time slot for an engineer to come and look at my washing machine on Monday. I was advised that I would get a phone call from the engineer to confirm within 6 hours. I can’t remember if it was a phone call, email or text message, but I did get a communication from the local company asking to confirm if the appointment was still suitable to me for that day.

Excellent prompt service. A new part was required that was ordered and fitted quickly.

If only all companies were as professional and easy to work with. Booking was a piece of cake, price confirmed up front with no indeterminate hourly rate to worry about. Telephone confirmation within the hour and appointment booked at a convenient time. Engineer was prompt and friendly, efficient and thorough. Took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what had caused it. Fridge freeze fully repaired and no parts required for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Will definitely come here first next time something breaks down.
