Good communication via initial contact with their call centre, website and texts. Plumber arrived at the appointed time, identified and rectified the problem with my washing machine. Happy to recommend NAC.
The repair person was curteous and on time and whilst the appliance was old and could not be repaired he did his best to make me understand the reasons why.
I have no issue with this as I understood that the appliance might be on its last legs and am going forward in replacing it with a new one.
